Relleno Bros  It was a sunny day in the world-famous chile fields of Hatch, New Mexico and the four Relleno Brothers were “just hanging” around. Suddenly Jal got an idea. He was sooo excited that he broke out into a little break-dance. Poblano and Cerrano listened as Habanero, the older of the four, said he had been hanging around too long and it was “time for a change." As the blood rushed to Jal's head, he said let’s make wine! Habanero, who sometimes gets a little hot-headed, said let's make cheese too! Then a funny thing happened; as the four brothers twirled around with excitement they were released from the grasp of the chile plants. They dissapeared into a cloud of dust and escaped the hands of the pickers. Thus was born the Relleno Brothers Wine & Cheese Company.
